"Rock 'n Roll" was the title of Elvis Presley's debut album in the UK. It contained some of his earlier Sun material and some recent recordings for his new employers, RCA. Even though it had the same front cover as it's U.S. counterpart, that's where the similarities end. In the United States his debut LP was titled "Elvis Presley" and had a different tracklisting than this one.
