RCA used this opportunity to get rid of some surplus stock of the 'New Black Label' re-pressings of 'Rock 'n' Roll' (SF 8233). Copies of the original 'SF' sleeve, containing the 1980's 'new black' album, had a sticker applied to the rear of the cover changing it to the 'INTS' catalogue. The LP was unaltered.

RCA also released a proper 'INTS' sleeve and album. Later issues of the International album were released in original mono.
