This album was a limited edition American picture disc import that included a sixteen page souvenir booklet. The back page of the booklet could be cut away and used for framing.

It include eight unreleased performances and collectors could also buy the same album as an American picture disc. The front photo insert, was a publicity shot from the 1958 movie, "King Creole". The LP came in a transparent sleeve and first issues were pressed on blue vinyl, later issues on black vinyl.
