RCA used this opportunity to get rid of some surplus stock of the 'blue Label' re-pressings of 'Elvis Country' (SF 8172).
Copies of the original 'SF' sleeve, containing the 1979 'blue' album, had a foldover sticker applied to the sleeve changing it to the 'INTS' catalogue. The LP was unaltered.
RCA released a proper INTS Sleeve & album.
