This new single contained material that was remastered by Bob Jones using "recently found" binaural stereo master tapes. These tapes were originally created for backup purposes and meant to be destroyed at a later date. Bob Jones was also asked to create a 'dub' version of "Mean Woman Blues' for this 12" release. Both tracks on side 1 were taken from the new album: "Stereo 57 - Essential Elvis Vol. 2" (PL 90250). "Party" was lifted from the first "Essential Elvis" LP.
