This Old Gold release used the same two tracks that were originally released in 1962. On the original single it was difficult to decide which track was chosen as the A-side. Last released in May 1977, "Rock-A-Hula Baby was selected as the A-side. On this release however, the roles were reversed.

This picture disc set contained early interviews given by Elvis during the fifties. The vinyl records came in a foldable transparent plastic wallet. When opened fully, it revealed the four records inside that could be hung by using the two brass rings located at both of the top corners.
