Elvis had arrived back from Vegas with a friend Marilyn Evans, to Sam Phillips' studio, where a Carl Perkins recording session was taking place. Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash were in the studio at this time.

NOTE: This German album is not the same as the previous UK releases. The first track on side one is actually "Tonight's All Right For Love" as stated on the sleeve and not the original "Tonight Is So Right For Love" as stated on the record label. So this meant that you had two 'different' albums using the same catalogue number.​
